This hotel in the Wharf area had a fantastic location, surrounded by trendy eateries and close to major attractions. The staff impressed me with their friendliness. My room featured a kitchenette, super convenient for snacks. The bed was comfortable. The rooftop pool provided fine views-it was a perfect spot to unwind. I encountered a significant issue with room cleaning. During my 5-day stay, housekeepers didn't clean my room at all, disappointing. I had to request towels and trash removal multiple times. Breakfast options had room for improvement. I'd love to see more gluten-free choices, as there were only a few slices of unwrapped gluten-free bread available. Despite these issues, the overall experience was enjoyable thanks to the location and excellent staff.
